# Cara Menambah Skema Promo secara Manual

Menu **Promo Scheme** di Portal memungkinkan Anda untuk membuat berbagai jenis promo berdasarkan **kuantitas pembelian**, **total nominal**, **diskon persentase**, maupun **bonus produk**. Fitur ini sangat berguna untuk meningkatkan penjualan dan memberikan insentif menarik bagi pelanggan.

Simak 4 jenis promo paling umum yang bisa Anda buat berikut ini:

### ✅ **Case 1: Promo Berdasarkan Quantity & Bonus Product**

**Contoh:**\
\&#xNAN;*Beli 10–50 Air Galon, Gratis 1 Galon Kosong. Berlaku kelipatan.*

**Langkah-langkah:**

1. Masuk ke menu **Sales > Promo Scheme**.
2. Klik tombol **+** untuk membuat promo baru.
3. Isi nama promo.
4. Pilih **Scheme Type: Quantity**.
5. Tentukan **Unit**, **Supplier** (jika ada), periode promo (**Date from – Date to**), dan **Employee** (jika khusus salesman tertentu).
6. Centang **Is Using Quota Based Qty**, lalu isi jumlah kuota pada **Quantity Quota**.
7. Di bagian **Promo Criteria**, atur:
   * Attribute: *Product*
   * Condition: *Include*
   * Qty From – Qty To: *10 – 50*
   * Multiple: *10*
   * Centang **Is Allow Multiple**
8. Tambahkan produk yang jadi syarat pembelian.
9. Isi kolom **Priority** untuk menentukan urutan tingkat promo (misal: 1.00 adalah prioritas tertinggi).
10. Di bagian **Promo Bonus**:
    * Pilih: *Product*
    * Masukkan produk bonus, unit, quantity
    * Discount Type: *Percentage*
    * Discount: *100*
11. Klik **Save**.

**Hasil Promo:**

* Beli 10 = Gratis 1
* Beli 20 = Gratis 2
* Beli 50 = Gratis 5
* Beli >50 = Tetap Gratis 5

#### ✅ **Case 2: Promo Berdasarkan Quantity & Bonus Percentage**

**Contoh:**\
\&#xNAN;*Beli 10–100 Karung Beras Merah, Diskon 5%.*

**Langkah-langkah:**

1. Buka **Promo Scheme**, klik **+**.
2. Isi nama promo.
3. Pilih **Scheme Type: Quantity**.
4. Pilih **Unit** produk, masukkan Supplier, tanggal promo, dan Employee.
5. **Jangan centang** “Is Using Quota Based Qty”.
6. Masukkan nilai pada **Amount Quota** jika ada batas anggaran.
7. Di bagian **Promo Criteria**:
   * Qty From – Qty To: *10 – 100*
   * Multiple: *10*
   * Centang **Is Allow Multiple**
8. Tambahkan produk promo dan isi **Priority**.
9. Di bagian **Promo Bonus**:
   * Pilih: *Order*
   * Discount Type: *Percentage*
   * Discount: *5*
10. Klik **Save**.

**Hasil Promo:**

* Beli 10, 20, 100 Karung = Diskon 5%
* Beli >100 = Tetap 5%

#### ✅ **Case 3: Promo Berdasarkan Amount & Bonus Percentage**

**Contoh:**\
\&#xNAN;*Pembelian Rp100.000 – Rp1.000.000 Beras Merah, Diskon 2%.*

**Langkah-langkah:**

1. Buka **Promo Scheme**, klik **+**.
2. Isi nama program, pilih **Scheme Type: Amount**.
3. Masukkan Supplier (jika ada), periode, dan Employee.
4. **Jangan centang** quota qty.
5. Isi **Amount Quota** jika ada anggaran promo.
6. Di bagian **Promo Criteria**:
   * Attribute: Product
   * Amount From – Amount To: *100.000 – 1.000.000*
   * Multiple: *100.000*
   * Centang **Is Allow Multiple**
7. Tambahkan produk dan isi **Priority**.
8. Di **Promo Bonus**:
   * Pilih: *Order*
   * Discount Type: *Percentage*
   * Discount: *2*
9. Klik **Save**.

**Hasil Promo:**

* Beli Rp100.000 = Diskon Rp2.000
* Beli Rp1.000.000 = Diskon Rp20.000
* Beli >Rp1.000.000 = Tetap Rp20.000

#### ✅ **Case 4: Promo Berdasarkan Quantity & Bonus Amount**

**Contoh:**\
\&#xNAN;*Beli 10 Pcs Gula Aren Cair 5L, Diskon Rp5.000. Berlaku kelipatan.*

**Langkah-langkah:**

1. Buka **Promo Scheme**, klik **+**.
2. Isi nama program, pilih **Scheme Type: Quantity**.
3. Tentukan Unit, Supplier, tanggal promo, dan Employee.
4. **Jangan centang** quota qty.
5. Isi **Amount Quota** bila ada batas anggaran.
6. Centang **Is Allow Multiple**.
7. Di **Promo Criteria**:
   * Qty From – Qty To: *10 – 100*
   * Multiple: *10*
8. Tambahkan produk & isi Priority.
9. Di **Promo Bonus**:
   * Pilih: *Order > Amount*
   * Discount: *5000*
10. Klik **Save**.

**Hasil Promo:**

* Beli 10 = Diskon 5.000
* Beli 20 = Diskon 10.000
* Beli 100 = Diskon 50.000
* Beli >100 = Tetap 50.000

### 📌 Tips Tambahan:

* **Priority sangat penting** jika Anda membuat promo bertingkat. Gunakan angka seperti 1.00 (tingkat tertinggi), 2.00, 3.00, dst.
* Centang **Is Allow Multiple** jika Anda ingin promo berlaku kelipatan.
* **Quota** dapat digunakan untuk membatasi total jumlah bonus atau nilai diskon yang bisa dikeluarkan.
