# Membuat Invoice Receipt

**Invoice Receipt** merupakan dokumen tanda terima faktur atau invoice pembelian yang diberikan oleh perusahaan dengan diwakili oleh Salesman atau Collector kepada Customer atau Toko. Sebagaimana Invoice, Invoice Receipt juga memiliki nomer yang menjadi identitas yang diawali oleh huruf **IR.** Berikut langkah yang dapat dilakukan untuk menuju menu Invoice Receipt dan menambahkan Invoice Receipt baru.

**Step 1.** Kunjungi website DMS di[ **https://my.simplidots.co.id/#/Account/Signin**](https://my.simplidots.co.id/#/Account/Signin) dan **masuk** dengan menggunakan **Username** beserta **Password** akun DMS Anda

**Step 2.** Setelah berhasil masuk ke Akun DMS Anda, kemudian pilih menu **“Sales” > “Invoice” > “Receipt”.** Maka Anda akan sampai pada halaman **Sales Invoice Receipt**  yang menampilkan daftar **Invoice Receipt** yang sudah dibuat sebelumnya.

**Step 3.** Pilih tanda plus **(+)** yang berada pada bagian kanan bawah halaman untuk membuat **Invoice Receipt** baru

**Step 4.** Pilih customer, collector, invoice, serta tanggal terbit Invoice Receipt yang diinginkan dan klik **Save** untuk menyimpan

Setelah disimpan, maka akan muncul dokumen **Invoice Receipt**
