# Cara Menambahkan Rute Melalui Import

Berikut langkah-langkahnya : 

1. Masuk ke menu **“Master data”**> **“Tracking”** > **“Employee Route Plan”**
2. Klik tombol **"Import"**

&#x20;3\. Akan muncul pop-up, klik **"Template"** untuk mendownload template yang sudah disediakan.

&#x20;4\. Setelah file terunduh, silakan isi data sesuai dengan format kolom yang telah disediakan.

Pada kolom **Name**, isikan nama rute harian.

Pada kolom **Sequence**, isikan urutan kunjungan.

Pada kolom **Customer Code**, isikan kode outlet yang akan dikunjungi.

Pada kolom **Customer Name**, isikan nama outlet.

Pada kolom **Customer Address**, isikan alamat outlet.

Pada kolom **Name**, isikan nama rute mingguan.

Pada kolom **Day**, isikan nomor urut hari. 0 = Minggu, 1 = Senin, 2 = Selasa, dst.

Pada kolom **Daily Route**, isikan nama rute harian (yang sesuai dengan tab Routes)

Pada kolom **Salesman Code**, isikan nomor pegawainya.

Pada kolom **Week Of**, isikan minggu ke berapa.&#x20;

Pada kolom **Weekly Route Name**, isikan nama rute mingguan (yang sesuai dengan tab Weekly Routes)

&#x20;5\. Save file yang sudah dibuat.

&#x20;6\. Upload file yang sudah diisi dengan cara **Choose File**, kemudian pilih file yang tadi sudah diisi data. Lalu klik **Upload.**
