# Salesperson Performance

Silakan ikuti langkah berikut untuk melihat data berikut:

Step 1. Buka menu **Intelligence**.

Step 2. Pilih menu **BI**.

Step 3. Pilih menu **Sales** **Report**.

Step 4. Pilih Tab **Salesperson Performance.**

Pada menu **Salesperson Performance,** terdapat beberapa hal seperti berikut:

1. **Total penjualan per minggu**&#x20;

> <mark style="color:orange;">**Contoh**</mark> : Dari range tanggal 1 April 2023 - 21 Juni 2023, terdapat 16 pelanggan dengan total penjualan 139.084.937,49 dengan 420 item produk terjual. Rata-rata item dalam 1 faktur penjualan sekitar 1,04 item produk dari total 404 faktur. Sedangkan, untuk jumlah retur sebanyak 68 retur penjualan. \

> Untuk grafik Total oleh Year dan Week, pada minggu ke - 25 tahun 2023, penjualan mencapai 2 juta rupiah. Anda dapat memfilter sesuai tanggal yang dibutuhkan.

**No. of Customers :** Jumlah pelanggan.

**Total Sales:** Jumlah nilai penjualan.&#x20;

**Total Items:** Jumlah item produk terjual.

**Avg. Items per Inv:** Jumlah rata-rata item produk terjual per faktur.&#x20;

**No of Invoices:** Jumlah faktur penjualan.

**Number of Return** : Jumlah retur penjualan.&#x20;

2. **Sales by Salesperson**

> **Contoh** : 1VAN SimpliDOTS memiliki 361 faktur penjualan dan 57 retur penjualan. Total seluruh item produk yang terjual olehnya adalah 369 produk. Total penjualan yang dicapai senilai 126.315.715,72 yang terdiri dari -27.677.022,00 retur penjualan dan 98.638.693,72 nilai akhir pencapaian setelah dikurangi oleh retur penjualan.&#x20;

* **Code**: Kode salesman
* **Name** : Nama salesman
* **Number of Invoices:** jumlah faktur dan berserta retur
* **Total Items** : Total item produk.
* **Total Sales** : Total penjualan.
* **Total Retur:** Total retur penjualan. (Minus hanya sebagai tanda return)
* **Total Net :** Nilai akhir pencapaian salesman (Total Sales - Total Return)

3. **Top 10 Customers**

> **Contoh** : Terdapat 10 customers dengan nilai penjualan tertinggi seperti:

> 1. BM Market
> 2. CV. Berdikari
> 3. 107 Ponsel 2
> 4. 155 Ponsel
> 5. 108 Ponsel
> 6. 109 Ponsel Wis
> 7. Ifan Zalukhu - Penyalai
> 8. 145 Ponsel
> 9. New customer zack
> 10. Maju Jaya1\
>     \
>     BM Market adalah customer dengan penjualan tertinggi senilai 100.856.205,91.
