# Sales Return by Customer

Step 1. Buka menu **Intelligence**.

Step 2. Pilih menu **BI**.

Step 3. Pilih menu **Sales** **Report**.

Step 4. Pilih tab **Sales Return by Customer.**

Pada menu **Sales Return by Customer,** terdapat beberapa hal seperti berikut:

> <mark style="color:orange;">**Contoh**</mark>: Dari gambar diatas, dapat diketahui bahwa Pelanggan dengan kode A 111 yang bernama A 111 memiliki 5 transaksi Retur, salah satunya dengan nomor SR-210700095 yang terdiri dari produk Coklat Cake senilai -1.820.000,00.

* **Customer Code:** Kode pelanggan
* **Customer Name**: Nama pelanggan
* **Sales Invoice No:** Nomor faktur retur penjualan
* **Product Item** : item produk yang diretur.
* **Line Total :** Nilai total keseluruhan retur.
