# Sales by Customer (Amount)

Step 1. Buka menu **Intelligence**.

Step 2. Pilih menu **BI**.

Step 3. Pilih menu **Sales** **Report**.

Step 4. Pilih Tab **Sales by Customer (Amount)**

Pada menu **Sales by Customer (Amount),** terdapat data seperti berikut:

> <mark style="color:orange;">**Contoh**</mark> : Kode pelanggan 00000003\_1 dengan nama Aaf, Toko saat ini berstatus Active sebagai pelanggan beralamat di Jl. Boulevard Timur, Medan Estate (No. Hp : 0897654321) telah melakukan pemesanan sebanyak 493 item produk selama periode 01-01-2017 hingga 26-06-2023. Total pemesanan juga mendapat discount promo sebanyak 2 tipe pertama 362.225 dan 998.165,70 sehingga total keseluruhan pesanan senilai 3.993.393.966.190,75. Namun, terdapat juga beberapa retur senilai -44.997.535,40 sehingga nilai akhir pesanan dari pelanggan ini senilai 3.993.348.968.655,35. (**Note** : Hanya data dummy).

Berikut penjelasan setiap kolom:

* **Customer Code** : Kode pelanggan
* **Name** : Nama pelanggan
* **Status** : status pelanggan terdiri dari Active, Nonactive, Blacklist dan Unverified.
* **Handphone** : Nomor hp
* **Full** **Address** : Alamat lengkap
* **Total Item**: Total item yang dipesan
* **Discount Promo** : Diskon potongan harga selama transaksi pemesanan.
* **Total Sales** : Nilai total pesanan penjualan.
* **Total Return** : Nilai total retur penjualan (tanda {-} hanya sebagai penanda retur).
* **Total Net:** Nilai keseluruhan dari Total Sales - Total Return.&#x20;
