# Monthly Order by Customer (Qty)

Step 1. Buka menu **Intelligence**.

Step 2. Pilih menu **BI**.

Step 3. Pilih menu **Sales** **Report**.

Step 4. Pilih Tab **Monthly Order by Customer (Qty).**

Pada menu **Monthly Order by Customer (Qty),** Anda dapat mengetahui data berikut:

> **Contoh** : Pada bulan Desember, pelanggan dengan kode 0000003\_1 memiliki 120 item produk terjual dalam bentuk SO (Sales Order), 120 item produk terjual dalam bentuk DO, dan 120 item produk terjual dalam bentuk SI (Sales Invoice) khusus brand BestFood. Jika ditotal dari bulan Januari - Desember keseluruhan produk dengan brand BestFood terjual sebanyak 180.556 item produk dalam bentuk SO, 179.045 item produk dalam bentuk DO, dan 157.667 item produk dalam bentuk SI. \
> Hal ini bisa terjadi ketidaksinkronan data apabila pesanan pada SO tidak keseluruhan diproses hingga ke bentuk DO dan SI atau masih dalam status Draft, Verified dan To Invoice.&#x20;
