# Customer Performance

Step 1. Buka menu **Intelligence**.

Step 2. Pilih menu **BI**.

Step 3. Pilih menu **Sales** **Report**.

Step 4. Pilih tab **Customer Performance**.&#x20;

Pada menu **Customer Performance**, Anda dapat melihat data seperti berikut ini:

1. **Total oleh Week**

> <mark style="color:orange;">**Contoh**</mark> : Dari range tanggal 1 April 2023 - 22 Juni 2023, terdapat rata-rata penjualan senilai 1.131.997,04 dengan rata-rata 1,18 item produk terjual. Secara keseluruhan, total penjualan mencapai 92.078.840,00 yang terdiri dari 91 item produk dari 77 faktur penjualan. Sedangkan, untuk jumlah retur sebanyak 7 retur penjualan. \

> Untuk grafik Total oleh Week, pada minggu ke - 25 tahun 2023, penjualan mencapai 17 juta rupiah. Anda dapat memfilter sesuai tanggal yang dibutuhkan.

* **Avg. Sales :** Rata-rata penjualan.
* **Avg. Items per Inv :** Rata-rata item produk per faktur.
* **Total Sales:** Jumlah penjualan keseluruhan.
* **Total Items:** Total item produk terjual.
* **No of Invoices :** Jumlah faktur penjualan.
* **Number of Return :** Jumlah retur penjualan.

> **Contoh** : Agung Sejahtera memiliki 1 faktur penjualan dan tanpa retur penjualan. Total seluruh item produk yang terjual olehnya adalah 1 produk. Total penjualan yang dicapai senilai 20.000.000 yang terdiri dari 0 retur penjualan dan 20.000.000 nilai akhir pencapaian setelah dikurangi oleh retur penjualan.&#x20;

* **Customer Code**: Kode pelanggan
* **Customer Name** : Nama pelanggan
* **Invoices:** jumlah faktur dan berserta retur (didalam kurung)
* **Total Items** : Total item produk.
* **Total Sales** : Total penjualan.
* **Total Retur:** Total retur penjualan. (Minus hanya sebagai tanda return)
* **Total Net :** Nilai akhir pencapaian salesman (Total Sales - Total Return)

2. **Top Brands by Amount**

> **Contoh** : Brand dengan penjualan tertinggi adalah GoodFood dengan penjualan senilai 47.314.484,85 (54,19%) dari total seluruh brand terjual.

3. **Top Brands by Quantity**

> **Contoh** : Brand dengan kuantitas penjualan tertinggi adalah TMU dengan penjualan sebanyak 22.216 (77,56%) dari total seluruh brand terjual.

4. **Top 10 Products by Amount**

> **Contoh** : Produk dengan penjualan tertinggi adalah Goodfood Wafer Kacang dengan nilai 14.915.535,48.
