# Daily Visit (List II)

Step 1. Buka menu **Intelligence**. \
Step 2. Pilih menu **BI**. \
Step 3. Pilih **Sales Report II**.

Step 4. Pilih tab paling bawah **Daily Visit (List II).**

Pada menu **Daily Visit (List II),** Anda dapat mengetahui detail kunjungan harian seperti berikut ini:

> **Contoh** : Berdasarkan tabel di atas, salesman Chapin Hutama telah memiliki 4 rute kunjungan yang telah dikunjungi. Salah satunya adalah Kedai Q\&Q dengan jarak 4 meter selama 18 menit dan total item yang dipesan sebanyak 50.019 dengan total pesanan 1.250.983.100

* **Employee:** nama salesman.
* **Date Only:** tanggal kunjungan.
* **Planned:** jumlah rute harian terdaftar.
* **Status Visited and Unvisited**: status pelanggan dikunjungi dan tidak dikunjungi.
* **Freq (Frequency):** frekuensi kunjungan.
* **Customer code:** kode pelanggan.
* **Customer Name:** nama pelanggan.
* **OOS (Out of Synchronize):** \
  **-** Jika **out** artinya tidak ada kunjungan dan/atau kunjungan diluar lokasi toko pelanggan.\
  \- Jika **in** artinya kunjungan sesuai lokasi toko pelanggan.
* **Distance:** jarak salesman dengan lokasi toko saat melakukan kunjungan.
* **Note:** jika ada catatan saat kunjungan.
* **Description:** deskripsi status kunjungan sesuai rute harian (**Planned),** tidak sesuai rute harian (**Unplanned).**
* **Check-in Time:** waktu masuk saat kunjungan.
* **Check-out Time:** waktu keluar dari kunjungan.
* **Duration:** durasi waktu masuk sampai keluar dari kunjungan.
* **Qty (Quantity):** jumlah pesanan penjualan.
* **Total Sales:** jumlah penjualan.
