# Customer Mapping

Step 1. Buka menu **Intelligence**. \
Step 2. Pilih menu **BI**. \
Step 3. Pilih **Sales Report II**.

Step 4. Pilih tab paling bawah **Customer Mapping.**

Pada menu **Customer Mapping,** terdapat beberapa menu yang dapat membantu Anda, seperti berikut:

> **Contoh** : Dari gambar di atas, terlihat lokasi pelanggan aktif dengan kode C-210400267 bernama Toko Pak Alex di Unnamed Road, Marindal Dua, Patumbak, Kabupaten Deli Serdang, Sumatera Utara 20149 atau dalam koordinat google maps berlokasi garis lintang : 3.5247701598320744 dan garis bujur 98.73409733176231.

* **Customer Mapping:** lokasi toko pelanggan berdasarkan hasil geo-tagging. Arahkan kursor ke titik warna untuk mengetahui detail pelanggan, seperti:\
  \- Customer Code: kode pelanggan.\
  \- Latitude: garis lintang.\
  \- Longitude: garis bujur.\
  \- Name: nama pelanggan.\
  \- Full Address: alamat pelanggan.\
  \- Customer Status: status pelanggan.
* **Active Customers:** jumlah pelanggan aktif.
* **Geotagged Customers:** jumlah pelanggan yang telah di-geotagged untuk menampikan lokasi toko pelanggan sesuai titik koordinat garis lintang dan garis bujur pada Google Maps.
* **Not Geotagged:** daftar pelanggan yang belum di-geotagged.
