# Customer Dormancy

Step 1. Buka menu **Intelligence**. \
Step 2. Pilih menu **BI**. \
Step 3. Pilih **Sales Report II**.

Step 4. Pilih tab paling bawah **Customer Dormancy.**

Pada menu **Customer Dormancy,** terdapat beberapa menu yang dapat membantu Anda, seperti berikut:

> **Contoh** : Dari tabel diatas, pelanggan dengan kode C-26 bernama. Toko Hanifa transaksi terakhir terdapat pada tanggal 24 September 2020 atau sekitar 9 hari yang lalu dengan nilai penjualan 1,472,998.72 dengan transaksi pertama dibuat pada tanggal 18 September 2020 oleh salesman Sugeng.

**Customer Dormancy:** daftar pelanggan dormansi dengan data berikut:\
\- Code: kode pelanggan\
\- Name: Nama pelanggan\
\- Last Order: waktu orderan terakhir\
\- Last Activity (days ago): aktivitas terakhir berdasarkan jumlah hari\
\- Sales: jumlah penjualan\
\- Created Time : tanggal pelanggan didaftarkan.\
\- Salesman: salesman yang mendaftarkan pelanggan.

> **Contoh** : Dari gambar diagram di atas, terdapat rata-rata hari customer yang sudah tidak bertransaksi. Sistem membagi jumlah rata-rata hari pesanan terakhir mulai dari Good (<14 hari), 14-30 hari, 31-60 hari, 61-90 hari, >90 hari. \
> Salah satu contoh yang lebih dari 90 hari ada sebanyak 64 pelanggan atau sekitar 18.23%.

* **Average Dormancy (days):** rata-rata hari dormansi.
* **Number of Customers by Dormancy Days:** jumlah pelanggan berdasarkan dormansi hari. Arahkan kursor ke warna dormansi untuk detail jumlah pelanggan.
* **Last Order Aging** : Waktu transaksi terakhir.
* **Number of Customers** : Jumlah pelanggan.
* **Good** : kurang dari 14 hari.
* **14-30 days** : 14 - 30 hari.
* **31-60 days** : 31 - 60 hari.
* **61-90 days** : 61 - 90 hari.
* **Over 90 days** : lebih dari 90 hari.
