# Customer Analysis

Step 1. Buka menu **Intelligence**. \
Step 2. Pilih menu **BI**. \
Step 3. Pilih **Sales Report II**.

Step 4. Pilih tab paling bawah **Customer Analysis.**

Pada menu **Customer Analysis** , terdapat beberapa tampilan yang dapat membantu Anda, seperti berikut ini:

* **Customer Performance**

* **Total Sales Volume:** jumlah nominal penjualan keseluruhan&#x20;

* **Number of Invoices:** jumlah faktur penjualan keseluruhan..

* **Average BP:** rata-rata jumlah produk per faktur penjualan.

* **Outlet Active:** jumlah toko pelanggan yang aktif.

* **Top 10 Customers:** 10 pelanggan terbaik berdasarkan penjualan. Arahkan kursor ke warna pelanggan untuk mengetahui data berikut.:
  * Top 5 Brands: 5 merk terbaik.
  * Top 5 Categories: 5 kategori produk terbaik.
  * Sales: jumlah nominal penjualan.
  * BP: jumlah produk per faktur penjualan.
  * Top 10 salesperson: 10 salesman terbaik berdasarkan nominal penjualan.

* **Sales by Month**
