# Cara Daftar DMS

**Step 1**. Buka website DMS [my.simplidots.co.id](https://my.simplidots.co.id/)\
**Step 2.** Pilih **Register**.

Step 3. Isi data sesuai form yang tertera seperti ***Username, Mobile, Email, Company Name, Branch Name, Password dan Confirm Password.***&#x20;

**KET**:

* **Username**: isi nama pengguna yang diinginkan untuk akun yang dapat melakukan akses superuser (akses seluruh fitur) ke database DMS.
* **Mobile** : isi nomor telepon aktif perusahaan atau PIC yang bertanggung jawab terhadap database DMS.
* **Email** : isi email perusahaan atau PIC yang bertanggung jawab terhadap database DMS.
* **Company Name** : isi nama perusahaan.
* **Branch Name** : isi nama cabang perusahaan (jika ada). Apabila tidak memiliki cabang, cukup isi nama kota atau sesuai nama perusahaan.
* **Password** : isi kata sandi untuk masuk dan keluar database DMS.
* **Confirm Password** : isi kata sandi sebagai konfirmasi ulang kata sandi yang sama.&#x20;

**Step 4.** Kemudian pilih **Submit**.&#x20;

**Step 5.** Selanjutnya, silakan hubungi kontak **Sales** yang telah memproses demo DMS untuk Anda agar dapat mengaktifkan akun sesuai **subscription** yang berlaku dan melakukan konfirmasi ulang via email terkait. &#x20;
