# General Jurnal

Fungsi General Jurnal atau Jurnal Umum adalah untuk mencatat pembukuan dengan lebih rinci terutama untuk pencatatan yang tidak bisa dilakukan pada menu Sales atau transaksi penjualan dan menu Purchase. 

Sebagai contoh penambahan general jurnal, apabila Anda mendapat setoran modal maka akan membuat harta perusahaan bertambah dalam bentuk **kas Rp500.000.000 pada sisi Debit**. **Modal bertambah Rp500.000.000 pada sisi kredit.** 

Langkah-langkahnya sebagai berikut: \
1\. Pilih menu Accounting \
2\. Pilih General Jurnal

3\. Pilih tombol tambah (+) berwarna biru di sudut kanan bawah

4\. Tentukan tanggal transaksi \
5\. Tambahkan Account contoh Kas Besar \
6\. Isi field Description contoh Penambahan Modal \
7\. Isi nominal Kas pada sisi debit \
8\. Pilih tombol + Item untuk menambahkan account lainnya contoh Modal \
9\. Save untuk menyimpan penambahan General Jurnal\
10\. Setelah di-save maka status General Jurnal akan menjadi COMPLETED
